RE: H-2016-0129 CUP RAINER VILLAS
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD)has reviewed the referenced conditional use permit
application for Rainer Villas Subdivision located west of Meridian Road, South of West Pennwood
Street, and north of West Corporate Drive, north of I-84, milepost 43.85. ITD has the following
comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the conditional use permit application for a subdivision being
constructed in this location.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway
system.
4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact the ITD District 3 Traffic Section at 334-8300 for more information.
