Dear Mr. Wilson:
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) appreciates the opportunity to comment on the above
referenced application. Per the city's April20, 2006 Public Hearing notice (dated March 28,2006),
regarding the Annexation, Preliminary Plat and Conditional Use Permit application for the Wells
Street Subdivision, all. 79-acre residential development consisting of 84 building lots and 14
common lots, located at 675 and 715 Wells Street to the west of Eagle Road in Meridian, Idaho;
ITD offers the following comment(s):
. The subject development is approximately 0.35 miles from the state highway system. We
would like to remind the applicant that this portion of Eagle Road (SH-55) is currently under
construction; once this project is completed, access to W. Magic View Drive will be limited
to right-inJright-out turning movement. Access to northbound Eagle Road will be through E.
St. Luke's Street, which is fully signalized.
