Strategic Planning On September 1,2022 you submitted the request for the Director's letter
Ada County Commissioners indicating final approval of the Property Boundary Adjustment as
Ryan Davidson,First District referenced above. On October 28,2020,202002349-PBA was granted
Rod Beck,Second District conditional approval. The final conditions have been met as listed.
Kendra Kenyon, Third District
1. The applicant and/or owner filed Record of Survey #112793 with the
County Recorder's office on March 15,2021.
2. The applicant and/or owner executed and recorded the necessary
deeds on May 15,2021.
3. The applicant and/or owner received tax parcel numbers from the
Ada County Assessor. R1608650122 and R1608650155.
4. One 8.5x11 inch copy of the recorded Record of Survey and one copy
of the recorded deeds has been included in file 202002349 PBA.
This application has met the required conditions of approval and this
letter certifies the Property Boundary Adjustment#2022002349-PBA has
final approval.
