Attached is the Staff Report for the proposed Centrepointe Subdivision Variance (V AR-
06-013). This item is scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on June 20,2006. The
public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Idaho Avenue, beginning at 7:00 pm. Please
