We would ask for the following modification to Exhibit B 2.14:
Street signs, temporary or permanent, are to be in place, water system shall be approved and

on site.
As I discussed in my May 3rd letter. we don't feel fencing or drainage lots should be a condition of
combustible materials being brought on site.
Regarding a suitable road base for emergency vehicles, there is some question whether ACHD would
provide approval for the base. I suggest this be clarified with the District.
Those are my only comments.

Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendation for the proposed
Centrepointe Subdivision (PP-06-020). This item is scheduled to be on the City Council
agenda on June 20,2006. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Idaho
Avenue, beginning at 7:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions. Thank you.
Jonathan - Please submit any written response you may have to the recommendations in
the report to the City Clerk (greent@meridiancity.org & smiths@meridiancity.org) and
myself (e-mail or fax - 888-6854) as soon as possible. NOTE: The Variance report will be
