Simison City Council Members: Treg Bernt Brad Hoaglun Joe Borton Jessica Perreault Luke Cavener Liz Strader A Private Street application for the above -referenced property was tentatively approved by the Director on September 14, 2022. This approval was granted contingent upon the completion of several tasks as required by UDC 11-317-3B within one year of the date of tentative approval. Since that date, the applicant has completed the required tasks within the time period allowed. The Director deems that the private street application is in conformance with UDC 11-317-313 and therefore grants final approval of the private street application. The Applicant, Director, or a Party of Record may request City Council review of a decision of the Director. All requests for review shall be filed in writing with the Planning Division of the Community Development Department on or before September 11, 2022, within fifteen (15) days after the written decision is issued, and contain the information listed in UDC 11-5A-6B. If City Council review of the decision is not requested, the action of the Director represents a final decision on a land use application.
