Caleb Hood, Planning Division Manager Community Development Services Meridian City Hall Re: TM Center Subdivision #1— Private Street application Dear Mr. Hood: As part of our TM Center Subdivision #1 project, we are requesting approval of a private street (S. Innovation Lane) to provide access to the seven parcels within the subdivision. We have previously recorded CC&R's that include requirements for maintenance and repair of the private street. A copy of the recorded CC&R's have been provided with the application. We have also reached out to the Meridian Fire Department for their review of our proposal. We have included a letter from Joe Bongiorno that indicates their review and approval of our request. We look forward to your review and approval of this request.
