To Whom it May Concern:
Per sheet C3.0, All construction work shall be done in accordance with the current version of the
ISPWC, Meridian Design Standards, ACHD, UDC, and or the requirements of ITD. The more
stringent of any of these standards shall be the controlling standards or specifications.
Per sheet C3.0, All construction work shall conform with acceptable engineering, architectural &
surveying practices & local standards.
There are no existing structures on the site. Construction is anticipated to begin early 2023.
The approved annexation/rezone ordinance number & development is H-2022-0063
