For value received SUSAN L. NORBY, a married woman dealing with her sole and
separate property and JILL M. STEVENS, a married woman dealing with her sole and separate
property, jointly as the GRANTORS, do by these presents hereby convey, grant, bargain, and
sell unto THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, an Idaho Municipal Corporation, having a mailing
address of 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, ID 83642, the GRANTEE, its successors and
assigns forever, the following described real property (the "Premises") situated in Ada County,
State of Idaho:
See Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
SUBJECT TO taxes and assessments for the year 2016 and all subsequent years, together
with any and all existing easements, rights -of -way, reservations, restrictions and encumbrances of
record, to any existing tenancies, to all zoning laws and ordinances, and to any state of facts an
accurate survey or inspection of the Premises would show.
This conveyance shall include any and all estate, right, title, interest, appurtenances,
tenements, hereditaments, reversions, remainders, easements, rents, issues, profits, rights -of -way
and water rights in anywise appertaining to the Premises.
The GRANTORS covenant to the GRANTEE that the GRANTORS are the owners in
fee simple of said Premises; that the Premises are free from all encumbrances, excepting those as
may be herein set forth, and excepting those of record, and that the GRANTORS will warrant and
defend the same from all lawful claims.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the GRANTORS have executed this instrument on this tJ

ocated in the SW % of the SE % of Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise
, and being a part of Parcel B of Record of Survey No. 7414 on file in the office of the
Recorder, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin marking the southwesterly corner of said SW % of
the SE %, from which an aluminum cap monument marking the southeasterly corner of the SE'/
of said Section 12 bears S 89'3327" E a distance of 2657.47 feet;
Thence S 89°33'27" E along the southerly boundary of said SW % of the SE % a distance of 307.85
feet to a point;
Thence leaving said southerly boundary N 0`30'05" E a distance of 400.73 feet to an angle point
on the easterly boundary of said Parcel B and the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing N 0'30'05" E along said easterly boundary a distance of 50.00 feet to a point;
Thence leaving said easterly boundary N 89°31'56" W a distance of 113.99 feet to a 5/8 inch
diameter iron pin;
Thence S 0°33'47" W a distance of 50.00 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin marking an angle
point in the boundary of said Parcel B;
Thence S 89'31'56" E along said Parcel B boundary a distance of 114.05 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
