Please find attached a Certificate of Zoning Compliance Application for the property located at 725 W
Franklin Rd, parcel No. S1212438454 in Meridian, Ada County, Idaho. The parcel is a well lot that is
approximate .393- acres, located in an I-L Zone within the Franklin Commercial 2 Subdivision and is
the site for the replacement water pumping facility.
The proposed pumping facility is planned to be a single story, 960 sf building constructed with
masonry block, wood trusses and asphalt shingle roof to match adjacent businesses. This facility will
house the well pump and motor, liquid hypochlorite storage and electrical / mechanical components to
run the well pump. The well pump will be located outside the facility. The new building will be
situated near the north-east edge of the lot which will be minimally landscaped and fully fenced.
Primary landscaping, include existing trees along entry driveway and future zero soaping to the north
side of the well lot that will be installed during construction.
