proposing two items for the new Skybreak Subdivision at the southeast corner of Lake Hazel Rd.
& Eagle Rd. After turning east from Eagle Rd. onto the new extension of Bingley Ln. you will be met by
the stone wrapped Skybreak Entry Monuments. These monuments will be appropriately lit by lights
both on and in the structures. They will also present a safe and adequate walking path from the interior
of the subdivision to Eagle Rd. by a concrete walking path.
Further into the subdivision on Bingley Ln. you will be presented by a motorized entry/exit gate system
complete with stone wrapped columns w/ stone caps. You will also be met by a landscaped guard shack
with stone planter and the subdivision name on its exterior. The gate columns will be lit by in -ground up
lights and the guard shack will have soffit lighting providing downward lighting.
