Broadway Avenue, Ste. 102 Meridian, ID 83642 Re: Certificate of Zoning Compliance Checklist Narrative: Concrete Construction Supply has purchased the adjacent ending stub street and cul-de-sac of N. Nola Rd. and will be making some minor improvements to incorporate this property for their uses. This "cul-de-sac" area will be fenced and gated. Asphalt, drainage, curb, gutter and sidewalk will vastly remain "as is" with the exception of removing some of the sidewalk along the east side of the stub street and cutting down the vertical curb to allow for traffic to cross over to the existing site. The area where the sidewalk is cut away and removed will then be paved to match up to existing pavement between the stub street and the existing building. The existing landscape swale will also be improved in order for the existing drainage from the building and paving to be better conveyed, stored and infiltrated.
