Include a summary of the ages for the various classrooms for the facility as this information affects egress requirements. Provide an egress plan for the facility, including all fenced exterior play areas, indicating the egress hardware for all exits, including exit gates for these play areas. If fire sprinklered, the fire riser room needs to be located in a one hour fire -rated room with an exterior door. The FDC (Fire Dept. Connection) needs to be within 100 ft. to a fire hydrant.
