Compliance Narrative
The proposed use for 1670 S Spring Valley Lane, Meridian, Idaho is a two-story medical office
building. There will be a parking lot consisting of nineteen parking spaces (one ADA accessible space
and eighteen standard parking spaces). The site is located on the corner of Spring Valley Lane and
Overland Road. The parking lot access will be located on the southwest side of the lot along Spring
Valley Lane.
