Parcel A
A parcel of land being all of Lot 4 and a portion of Lot 5, Block 1 of Lost Rapids Subdivision (Book 119 of Plats,
Pages 18496-18501), situated in the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 4 North,
Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a found 5/8-inch rebar marking the Northwest corner of said Lot 4, which bears N00°00'18"W a
distance of 302.80 feet from a found 1/2-inch rebar marking the Southwest corner of said Lot 4;
Thence following the northerly boundary line of said Lot 4 and the easterly extension thereof, S89°17'35"E a
distance of 234.25 feet;
Thence leaving said easterly extension of said northerly boundary line, S00'00'18"E a distance of 302.82 feet
to the southerly boundary line of said Lot 5;
Thence following the southerly boundary line of said Lot 5 and the westerly extension thereof, N89°17'16"W a
distance of 234.25 feet to a found 1/2-inch rebar marking said Southwest corner of Lot 4;
Thence leaving said westerly extension of said southerly boundary line and following the westerly boundary
line of said Lot 4, N00°00'18"W a distance of 302.80 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said parcel contains 1.628 acres, more or less, and is subject to all existing easements and/or rights -of -way of
record or implied.
All subdivisions, deeds, record of surveys, and other instruments of record referenced herein are recorded
documents of the county in which these described lands are situated.
