ASSIGNMENT OF REAL ESTATE
PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT
mmmm For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, Elk-1 Ventures, LLC ("Assignor"), hereby assigns, transfers and
sets over to 10 Mile Franklin, LLC ("Assignee"), all of Assignor's right, title and interest
under that certain Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement dated July 22, 2020, between
Assignor, as buyer, and Barbara J. Carney, Brandon D. Williams, Callie Jo Bailes, Casey
G. Scott, DeAnn Richins, Dustin J. Williams, Gary Carney, Gary Kit Carney, Kelsey A.
Ritch, Paul Carney, Susan Williams, William C. Carney, collectively as seller, (as
amended, the "Agreement") for that certain real property located at 75 S Ten Mile,
Meridian, Idaho, as more particularly described in the Agreement.
Assignee hereby accepts the foregoing assignment and assumes all continuing
obligations under the Agreement.
