Carney, Brandon D. Williams, Callie Jo Bailes, Casey G. Scott, DeAnn Richins, Dustin J. Williams, Gary Carney, Gary Kit Carney, Kelsey A. Ritch, Paul Carney, Susan Williams, William C. Carney, collectively as seller, (as amended, the "Agreement") for that certain real property located at 75 S Ten Mile, Meridian, Idaho, as more particularly described in the Agreement. Assignee hereby accepts the foregoing assignment and assumes all continuing obligations under the Agreement. DATED effective June 17, 2021.
