The following additional items of work on the project referenced above have been or will be
provided by J-U-B ENGINEERS, lnc, These additional services are a supplement to the
scope of services contained in J-U-B's existing Agreement for Engineering Services for this
project, dated Feb. 15. 2005
Additional Services: Task 010 - Existing Model Update contract amount increase to
accommodate additional support services which includes flow monitoring and model update
