BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION
FOR PARCEL CONSOLIDATION
A parcel located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 21, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise
Meridian, and being all of Lots 11 and 12 of Block 3 of FAIRBOURNE SUBDIVISION NO. 3 as shown
in Book 122 of plats at Pages 19189 — 19193, in the office of the Recorder, Ada County, Idaho,
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin marking the northwesterly corner of said Lot 11, from
which a 1/2 inch diameter iron pin marking the southwesterly corner of said Lot 11 bears
S 002933" W a distance of 190.00 feet;
Thence S 0'29'33" W along the westerly boundary of said Lot 11 a distance of 190.00 feet to a
1/2 inch diameter iron pin marking the southwesterly corner of said Lot 11;
Thence along the southerly boundary of said Lots 11 and 12 the following described courses:
Thence N 87°55'28" E a distance of 114.50 feet to a point;
Thence a distance of 86.62 feet along the arc of a 61.50 foot radius non -tangent curve
right, said curve having a radius point bearing S 89'58'07" E, a central angle of 80`41'47"
and a long chord bearing N 40'22'47" E a distance of 79.63 feet to a 1/2 inch diameter
iron pin;
Thence N 80'43'40" E a distance of 97.94 feet to a 1/2 inch diameter iron pin marking the
southeasterly corner of said Lot 12;
Thence leaving said southerly boundary N 9'16'20" W along the easterly boundary of said Lot 12
a distance of 150.05 feet to a 1/2 inch diameter iron pin marking the northeasterly corner of said
Lot 12;
Thence S 80043'28" W along the northerly boundary of said Lots 11 and 12 a distance of 240.00
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
