He requests to merge lots 11 and 12 of block 3 into one buildable lot to be sold to a prosective buyer. A buyer desires to build a home on said two lots, Ada County Parcel Nos. R2734180200 and R2734180220, located at 5118 and 5102 W. Oakford Ct., respectively. The easements have been vacated subject to this lot line adjustment (lot consolidation) as approved by City Council in their July 19, 2022 meeting (H-2022-0041).
