WHEN DISCREPANCIES OCCUR BETWEEN THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THE CONTRACTOR SHALL IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE ENGINEER. 7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONSTRUCT ALL IMPROVEMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS STAMPED "APPROVED FOR CONSTRUCTION" BY THE VARIOUS GOVERNING AGENCIES. THESE PLANS WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE CONTRACTOR BY THE ENGINEER PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. WORK SHALL NOT BE DONE WITHOUT THE CURRENT SET OF APPROVED PLANS. 8.
