Dear Sirs: I am hoping that this proposal was submitted by Toll Bros. and not something you are planning to
do. The impact on the existing sub-divisions is staggering, not in just short term inconvenience but long term.
Five hundred houses are not going to be built over night. After they are built the traffic would be intolerable. If
they can't enter, exit their sub-division any other way, they should postpone this project till they can.
McDermott, Cherry and Ustick are the logical roads to use to enter exit this project.
