The first final plat -Hill's Century Farm Commercial Subdivision No. 1 (FP H-2017-0051) was signed by the City Engineer on August 29, 2018 and recorded on October 4, 2018. A Preliminary Plat Time Extension (TED-2020-0004) was approved on August 28, 2020 and set to expire on August 29, 2022.
