OK —Tyler, Joseph and I spoke. Only thoughts are:
• Have your engineer put a turning template on the entrance. The Island will have to be pushed back or
shortened so we can make the turn from Lake hazel side.
• Be sure the fire turn around is signed "No parking fire lane" per the IFC and installed per ACHD sign
standards.

I cannot make this meeting. Here are my comments.
Comments:
- There needs to be at least 30 feet from the gate to the edge of the pavement on Bloomerang. This allows the
engine to fully get off the main street without hanging into traffic.
- The gate needs to have a knox key switch on it for fire department access. (www.knoxbox.com)
- The center of the cul-d-sac cannot have anything in the middle of it.
