RE: Impressive Eastridge Subdivision No. 3 PI Certification Letter
To Whom It May Concern:
Subdivision improvements for Impressive Eastridge Subdivision No. 3 are currently under construction.
As part of these improvements, a pressure irrigation distribution system and services were constructed.
The PI system will be served by an existing private well and pump station constructed in Phase 1 that will
be owned and maintained by the Impressive Eastridge Community Association (IiOA).
This letter is to certify that the pressure irrigation distribution system within Impressive Eastridge
Subdivision No. 3 was constructed in accordance with the approved plans. Ownership and maintenance
of the distribution system will be by the Impressive Eastridge Community Association (HOA).
