The Ada County Highway District has reviewed the final plat submittal for the above referenced project.
The project requirements have been met except for completion of construction. The final plat has been
reviewed and meets ACHD requirements. Upon completion of construction or receipt of a financial
surety, ACHD will accept and sign the final plat. At that time, Ada County may proceed with recordation
of the final plat.
