Dear Mr. Hood,
Enclosed is the Certificate of Zoning Compliance application for phase 2 of Ten Mile Creek Self Storage.
This second phase will consist of 133 non -climate -controlled storage units and 13 covered RV storage
spaces.
The C-G zoned property is located on the south side of Franklin Road midway between S. Linder and S.
Ten Mile Roads.
The demand for self -storage has remained high throughout the area, and with the recent construction
of multi -family projects in the area, demand is expected to remain steady. This project will be perfectly
located to serve the needs of the area.
