RE: Subdivision Name Reservation: TM CENTER EAST SUBDIVISION
Since TM Center East would be contiguous with an existing recorded phase of TM Crossing, the Subdivision Name
Committee has approved using TM as the primary name and allowing the request.
At your request, I will reserve the name TM Center East Subdivision for your project. I can honor this reservation only
as long as your project is in the approval process. Final approval can only take place when the final plat is recorded.
This reservation is available for the project as long as it is in the approval process unless the project is terminated by the
client, the jurisdiction or the conditions of approval have not been met, in which case the name can be re -used by
someone else.

Wayfinder Avenue, we request that name —TM Center East —be reserved for a soon -to -be -submitted final plat.
