successors and assigns forever, together with a prorata share of the interest in all water and water
rights, ditch or irrigation company shares, streets, alleys and rights of way adjacent thereto, all mineral
rights appurtenant thereto, and all and singular tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof, and all estate, right, title and interest in and to the
Premises, as well in law as in equity. Grantor, for itself, its heirs and assigns, does hereby covenant to
and with the said Grantee, that the Grantor is the owner in fee simple of said Premises; that the
Premises are free from all encumbrances, that Grantee, its heirs and assigns shall be entitled to the
quiet and peaceable possession of said Premises; and that Grantor will warrant and defend the same

THIS CORRECTION WARRANTY DEED is given to correct, replace, and supersede, in its entirety, that certain
Warranty Deed made by Grantor therein to Grantee therein, dated February 9, 2022 and recorded as
Instrument No. 2022-014208, which was re -recorded on February 14, 2022 as Instrument No. 2022-015786,
in the records of Ada County, Idaho, to correct the legal description. The effective date of this Correction
Warranty Deed is as of the date of delivery of the deed it replaces which is February 9, 2022. The purpose of
this Correction Warranty Deed is to list all grantors with any percentage of ownership in the Premises (defined

"Premises") legally described on Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B attached hereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Premises, with its appurtenances, unto Grantee, and Grantee's successors and
assigns forever, together with all water and water rights, ditch or irrigation company shares, streets, alleys and
rights of way adjacent thereto, all mineral rights appurtenant thereto, any and all singular, tenements,

THIS CORRECTION WARRANTY DEED is given to correct, replace, and supersede, in its entirety, that certain
Warranty Deed made by Grantor therein to Grantee therein, dated February 9, 2022 and recorded as

in the records of Ada County, Idaho, to correct the legal description. The effective date of this Correction
