The 7 (seven) lots on approximately 13.292 acres of landas shown on the final plat, represent an additional phase of commercial lots for this project in south Meridian —at the intersection of W. Franklin Road and S. Wayfinder Avenue. Statement of Conformance The plat remains in substantial conformance with: (1) The uses and layout approved by the preliminary plat and DA; (2) the use requirements and provisions of the UDC; and (3) acceptable engineering and surveying practices, and local standards. The development of this significant property has been anticipated for many years.
