16407), situated in a portion of Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 14, Township 3 North, Range 1
West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a found 5/8-inch rebar marking the Southwest corner of said Lot 13, thence following the
westerly boundary line of said TM Creek Subdivision No. 2, N00°33'10"E a distance of 398.61 feet to a found
5/8-inch rebar marking the Northwest corner of said Lot 12;
Thence leaving said westerly subdivision boundary line and following the northwesterly boundary line of said
Lot 12, N45°33'10"E a distance of 15.41 feet to a found 1/2-inch rebar marking the northerly corner of said Lot
12;
Thence leaving said northwesterly boundary line and following a line defining the northeasterly boundaries of
said Lots 12 and 13, S43°43'15"E a distance of 520.33 feet to a found 1/2-inch rebar on the southerly
boundary line of said TM Creek Subdivision No. 2;
Thence leaving said northeasterly boundary line and following said southerly subdivision boundary line the
following two (2) courses:
1. S46°16'45"W a distance of 52.92 feet to a found 5/8-inch rebar;
2. N89°26'50"W a distance of 336.24 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said parcel contains 1.946 acres, more or less, and is subject to all existing easements and/or rights -of -way of
record or implied.

documents of the county in which these described lands are situated.
