Parcel Consolidation Application

On behalf of Brighton Land Holdings LLC, we are pleased to present the attached application and
supplements for a parcel consolidation.
The subject parcels are located at 158 & 212 S. Innovation Lane in Meridian and are identified as Lots 12
and 13, Block 2 of TM Creek Subdivision No. 2. The purpose of this adjustment is to create a more desirable
parcel configuration to accommodate future development. No additional parcels will be created as a part
of this application.
