Review Comments
Comment 1:
All parking stalls are existing and measure 9'x2O'. Refer to A1.0.
Comment 2:
All drive aisles are existing and measure 24' wide. Refer to A1.0.
Comment 3:
As previously stated in our application documents, the sewer easement that crosses over this building
lot is being redesigned and will be submitted for review and approval prior to the building permit being
pulled.
Comment 4, 5, and 6:
On the west and east elevations, the stucco above the horizontal wood timber detail has been
removed and replaced with board and batt siding. The board and batt siding will be painted a
different color than the stucco body. A horizontal stucco band has been added to all four sides of the
building, this band will be painted to match the window and door trim color. On the north elevation,
stained wood corbels have also been added to the eyebrow gable that breaks up the roof line. This
north entrance is for employees only and needs to be differentiated from the main entrances. The
building continues to have a window and door fenestration that compliments the surrounding
development and is adorned with '/2" wide vertical stucco reveals. The stone corner pilasters and
parapet entries add a grand feel to the south elevation which has filtered views from Ustick Road.
There are stained timber horizontal detailing and stained wood corbels at the gables and main
entries. There is soffit lighting around the perimeter and sconces on the entry columns. Refer to the
color board and A4.0.
