J-L-B FAMILY OF COMPANIES A geotechnical evaluation for the project site was performed by Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC (Elizabeth Brown, PE) with subsurface soil information summarized in their report dated February 8, 2021. According to the reports, seasonal high groundwater can be anticipated at depths greater than 3-feet below the existing ground surface. Based on the information provided in the geotechnical report, the roadway finished grade centerline elevations were designed to be more than 3-feet above the anticipated groundwater elevations.
