CORRECTION GENERAL WARRANTY DEED
(TM Creek No. 2)
THIS CORRECTION GENERAL WARRANTY DEED is given to correct, replace, and supersede, in its entirety,
that certain General Warranty Deed made by Grantor therein to Grantee therein, dated May 4, 2017, and
recorded June 5, 2017, as Ada County Recorder's Instrument No.2017-050614. The effective date of this
Correction General Warranty Deed is as of the date of delivery of the deed it replaces which is June 5, 2017.
The purpose of this Correction General Warranty Deed is to correct the undivided interest being transferred.
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, SCS BRIGHTON LLC,
an Idaho limited liability company (the "Grantor"), whose address is 12601 W. Explorer Drive, Suite 200, Boise,
Idaho 83713, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto SCS TM CREEK LLC, an Idaho limited
liability company whose address is as above ("Grantee"), an undivided fifty percent (50%) tenancy in common
interest in all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to that certain real property located in Ada County,
Idaho, (the "Premises") legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Premises, with its appurtenances, unto Grantee, and Grantee's successors and
assigns forever, together with all water and water rights, ditch or irrigation company shares, streets, alleys and
rights of way adjacent thereto, all mineral rights appurtenant thereto, any and all singular, tenements,
hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging. Grantor, for itself, its heirs and assigns, does hereby
covenant to and with the said Grantee, that the Grantor is the owner in fee simple of said Premises; that the
conveyance of the Premises is subject to encumbrances which are visible on the Premises and/or
encumbrances of record; and that Grantor will warrant and defend the same from all claims arising by, through
our under Grantor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor subscribed its name this 7" day of September, 2017.
