RE: Roaring Springs Expansion — Cabanas
Dear Planner,
On behalf of Roaring Springs we are pleased to submit the attached application and supporting materials
for new Cabanas for Design Review. This project will consist of a three new single story cabana
structures located in the expansion area of Roaring Springs water park and is part of a larger expansion to
the park that includes new pools and attractions.
The applicant is proposing to construct 3 new cabana structures of varying sizes for guest use in the water
park. These cabanas will feature tile walls with outdoor themed murals in order to match the cabanas in
the existing park. They will be constructed using a tube steel structure and have a metal panel roof. These
new cabanas are located throughout the expansion area in order to provide focal points to previously
approved water features.
This application has been prepared in coordination with the Meridian Design Manual. We expect that you
