Location: north of Locust Grove Road immediately west of the future overpass
Applications: annexation and zoning
Highlights of Proposed Development: Applicant would submit CZC for future construction of an office
building. The existing building would also remain.
Other: Staff believes that a DA is not necessary to ensure that this property is developed in a fashion that
is consistent with the comprehensive plan designation and does not negatively impact nearby properties.
We have infonned the applicant Of the UDC standards that will apply at the time of Certificate of Zoning
Compliance approval for new structures and alternative compliance for the existing structure if it is to
remam.
