We have received the plan review comments for the Outer Banks Infrastructure project and have incorporated
them into the revised plan set. The intent of this letter is to serve as a response letter to the plan review
comments.

Waterline shifted over 2-ft to allow 25-ft separation from seepage bed.
C-207
We coordinated with City staff to allow 10-ft separation for this connection point. The existing stubs as
constructed make the 10-ft separation a bit tight while trying to accommodate other infrastructure
improvements.
C-208
Added non -potable crossing note.
Waterline shifted a bit to accommodate 10-ft.
