Re: TMCA No. 4 — CZC for a Vertically Integrated Residential Project
We are pleased to submit a Certificate of Zoning Compliance (CZC) application for TMCA No. 4, a
vertically integrated residential project within the Ten Mile Crossing Development. TMCA No. 4 is
located South of Franklin, West of Benchmark, north of the TenMile Creek, and east of TMCA No. 3.

TMCA No. 4 is a vertically integrated residential project (Meridian UDC11-4-3-41) (highlighted in blue
below) consisting of 145 residential units [(16) studio, (98) one bedroom, (27) two bedroom, and (4)
three bedroom], and 3 non-residential uses [2514 sf] on 7.41 acres of land in the C-G Zoning District.
Of note, this CZC application is specific to the vertically integrated components within Buildings A and D,
but we are providing an overall site plan that details the entire TMCA No. 4 development. In the future,
we will submit a conditional use permit for the multi -family elements, which are located in Buildings B
and C, and the clubhouse (highlighted in yellow below).
