The owner of the property located at 160 N. Linder Rd is proposing new construction of a multi-
unit, approximately 20,203 sf industrial building. The proposed project will require the combining of lots 8
and 9 of Heppers Acre Sub. Please refer to H-2021-0026 for prior approvals.
