Dear City Council Members:
As residents of Bridgetower West, it has been brought to our attention that the original plans
for a project located at the corner of Ten mile and McMillan has changed again. We have
received many notices and every plan is a different developer/plan. The current plan
concerns and revisions are as follows:
* increased traffic no viable way to disperse traffic *significantly increased population density
at an already busy area/intersection *land *should*remain part of Bridgetower West as
shared when our home was purchased as single family residences if this isn’t possible see
below *single family residences or 55+small “patio homes” would be preferred- even duplex
style single level homes are better than a high rise building
