To Whom it May Concern:
I live On West Ravenna Street, near the proposed
Bridgetower Apartments, and am strictly opposed to this
application, for the following reasons:
Severely would impact traffic flow along McMillan, with
additional 400+ vehicles.
Safety of children would be a concern as the proposed
San Vito intersection from the apartments would jam
San Vito Road and pose safety concerns.
Log-jam of the existing schools' populations, which are
already at near capacity.
Many multi-family apartments are already being built
near Costco and along Black Cat Road, which will no
doubt result in significant traffic jams in the morning
and evening. The infrastructure simply cannot handle
this additional load in addition to the overwhelming
development that has been approved and allowed on
Ustick (between 10 Mile and Star Roads); on McMillan
(between Black Cat and Star Roads), on Black Cat past
Chinden heading North, etc. I

My wife and I will be participating in the zoom call and
actively remain vehemently opposed to this application.
