I decline this build. The developer originally had promised a 10 acre park and single family homes in the lot. Now they
want to block the view of the mountains and ruin a peregrine nest. There is a protected peregrine in that field. Not only
will they increase traffic to our subdivision parking is a huge issue. Please cap the growth on this project or make it so
they exit through the Walmart street on both sides. Decrease the height of the project since currently our neighborhood
has 360 views of the mountains advertised while building Bridgetower West. These view ordinances would be broken if
this build were to be developed by the developers. This is ruining why Idaho is great and if you don’t cap them now they
will take over the skies. It used to be this way so I know you can limit height and access. Not only will it cause safety
issues but traffic issues that are not safe in a school zone. Redirect the traffic to ten mile and decrease the height of the
project if the developer really wants it that bad. I would really hate for it to be rezoned as we all agreed to the plot when
buying homes in this subdivision as a commitment and they backed out of that commitment. Thank you for your time.
