I am writing this email in hopes you will say NO to the development of the 234 unit apartment complex on Mcmillan/Ten
Mile behind Walmart. Our infrastructure just cannot support this. Traffic is a major concern for this development. As it
is, getting out of BW onto Mcmillan can often be a challenge. Crossing as a pedestrian between north and south BW is
nearly impossible during school/commute hours.
I am not against high density housing but we need to build them where the roads can handle the traffic and Mcmillan is
not it. If single family housing cannot be built here, please consider the assisted living or commercial buildings to ease
the traffic burden to BW directly and the surrounding streets.
