We are currently homeowners in Bridgetower West. We have been homeowners here since 2016.
We oppose the building of a 234 multifamily apartment complex on McMillan road next to Walmart.
We oppose it for the following reasons.
1. The traffic on Ten Miles road and McMillan road would increase dramatically.
2. We currently live in a safe neighborhood. We would prefer to keep it a safe neighborhood. With the increase in local
traffic and population, safety is a concern for current residents.
3. We currently live in a quiet neighborhood. Apartment complexes will increase noise in an area with the increased
population and traffic.
Please do not approve the apartment complex on McMillan road next to Walmart.
