Hi
I'm resident of 2161 S Hills ave adjacent to the proposed construction of Apartments in the subject parcel site.
I'm opposed to the further crowding of this area as there are already 2 high occupancy multifamily homes in the area
adjacent to Movado subdivision. It would be good to keep some open space or build a park in the area keeping in mind
the growth spurt that has happened in last few years in this area.
