Planning Commissioners,
As the owner of the remainder of the Bridgetower Master Planned Community, I am writing in support
of Dustin Holt's project. Over the years the CONCEPTS for this land evolve within its zoning. The
project before you was zoned R-15 at the time of our acquisition. This zoning was originally set (along
with all the remaining vacant land) by the previous owner in hopes of putting a large medical center
on this site. That never materialized. While concepts change over the years, it has been our intent to
have multifamily uses in the area zoned R15. After much debate and interviewing multiple potential
developers, I ultimately sold the 16 acres being presented this evening to Dustin Holt and his team
because I believe this is a group of individuals with integrity, who will do what they say and will
develop a wonderful residential community. I am in support of their proposed Conditional Use Permit
and the plans they have provided. It meets the conditions of the zoning, the general plan, and our
vision for this area.
