We live at 4662 N Heritage Woods Pl. Meridian ID 83646. I just received a City of Meridian Public Hearing
Notice. The hearing takes place on September 15 at 6:00pm and concerns a new subdivision located at 1235 E
McMillian Rd.
My house backs up to this property on the west side. I recently put solar panels on the east side (facing the
said property) to the tune of approximately $37,500. I don't really mind condos or apartments (would rather
have single family houses) as long as they aren't higher than 2 stories as these will block the sun from my solar
panels. Obviously if the buildings could be spaced so as not to block the sun that could work or if Quantum
LTD would pay for moving the panels or buying more panels to compensate me for lost power that would also
