The subject property has direct access to and from Franklin Road and NW loth Street, which are existing paved, public right-of-ways, as shown hereon. 2. The bearing of N 89' 10' 25" W, as shown on the South Line of the Subject Property is based on Real Time Kinematic observations as submitted to NGS CORS network correction, NAD83 Idaho State Planes, West Zone, US Foot, and is the basis of bearings for this survey. J. The address was not physically observed, posted address on the site subject property as of the date of survey. 4.
