I understand Alan Tiefenbach is no longer with the City of Meridian. Speaking with him prior to
hies departure, he mentioned that he had handed off and informed you of this project status and
general highlights. I wanted to extend this email and let you know should you have any questions
as this project continues to progress through the city please don't hesitate to reach out.
An item of note for the upcoming recent resubmittal. Per prior conversations between the client
and the city regarding vehicular mid -block access, the client would like to remove Building B
from this submittal and pursue only the development of the site improvements and Building A.
this assumes the Mid -block access as an emergency access only with an emergency Gate. This
updated proposal does assume a Pad for Building B, this project will occur at a TBD date. We
assume Building B will run on it's own entitlement schedule. This allows the client to proceed
with Building A and provides time to reevaluate the correct course of action on Building B.
