Hello,
I am writing to formally oppose the building of any multi-family housing in the Bridgetower Area (McMillan x Ten Mile) .
I live nearby and we already have a massive congestion problem with traffic. The roundabout at Black Cat and McMillan
is not something I expect will help it and this area is only partially through the build phase. There is already an unwanted
multi family complex going in at Oakwind Estates as well as the multi family complex in Jump Creek - that should be the
end of it. The residents in this area picked this area because it is away from the apartment/townhome complexes. Please
stop trying to bring down our home values and flood these neighborhoods.
Flooding this area is significantly harming the charm and draw of our beautiful City of Meridian that many of us take
pride in.
